We’re looking for a AQA Lead who doesn’t just test but drives quality strategy, builds strong processes, and mentors a team to success. 💪 Your quest-line:

Analyze current QA processes, tools, practices, and team capabilities and suggest further improvements
Leading and mentoring QA team: developing skills, building effective processes, using the right tools, and creating a collaborative environment.
Manage and track product quality, and suggest improvement solutions.
Development and support of test automation processes, creation of new and support of current autotests;
Analyzing and monitoring test results and developing recommendations for quality improvement.
Working closely with Product Manager, Team Leads, DevOps, developers and support;
Regular communication with the support team to sort out user feedback;
Maintaining and updating test documentation and tools.

👨‍🚀 Your in-game skin:

5+ years of experience in QA, including 2+ years in a leadership role as a AQA Lead or similar role in web application environments;
Experience with end-to-end test reporting tools, failure RCA(Root Cause Analysis);
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (Python-based), including Python, Pytest, Playwright;
Ability to analyze test reports and identify areas for improvement;
Understanding of CI/CD processes;
Ability to analyze requirements, specifications and technical documentation;
Prioritization of bringing Product value over Engineering perfection;
Proactive, self-driven, excellent communication skills;
Ability to analyze requirements, specifications, and technical documentation.

You can headshot anyone in CS:GO! Joking, but we expect that you will have gaming experience (CS2, Dota2, Rust);
Experience with GitHub actions and CI/CD pipelines;
Knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices;
Knowledge in cloud and monitoring platforms (AWS/Google Cloud, Grafana/NewRelic);
Familiarity with performance and security testing;
Background in the Gaming or iGaming industry or gamer-oriented web services;
Vision beyond Quality Assurance (frontend, backend, microservices, integrations);
Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in the tech community.
